Brent Decker - House Staff
Brent Decker has been involved with Junior Achievement for the past 13 years in many capacities: as a student, as an in-school program volunteer, as a Program Manager, as Executive Director, and as a Company Program advisor. Most recently, Brent served a contract position with JA Newfoundland & Labrador to run the Company Program in the St. John's area. His conference experience includes 5 JA Atlantic Conferences (JAAC) and 3 CANJAC's as House Staff. He is very excited about CANJAC #4!
In his other life, Brent is a Business Consultant with the YM-YWCA Enterprise Centre in St. John's, Newfoundland where he assists potential entrepreneurs in the development of their business plan. He is actively involved with the St. John's Jaycees, a local service group, and the St. John's Players, a local amateur theatre group. He is also the proud father of Colby and Sophie - 2 retired racing Greyhounds, and Cody, an Italian Greyhound

Nancy McLennan - House Co-ordinator
Nancy has been involved with Junior Achievement for 13 years, ever since she was an achiever in the Company Program. Since that time, she has been an Advisor and a Centre Manager, as well as the Co-ordinator for the Junior Achievement Toastmasters program, for JA Northern Alberta. Nancy's conference experience includes WESTJAC and CANJAC, both as an Achiever and as Staff. This is her first year as a CANJAC House Co-ordinator and she can't wait for CANJAC to begin! Nancy was honored to receive the Volunteer of the Year award for JA Northern Alberta and the Northwest Territories this year.
Nancy is a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Group at KPMG in Edmonton and has both her Chartered Accountant designation, as well as her Chartered Business Valuator Designation.
Nancy enjoys running, golfing, hiking and skiing. She is also involved with other charitable organizations sych as the United Way and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Nancy is actively involved with KPMG as Chairperson of the social committee and plays on the firm's softball team. In addition, she is a member of the Toastmasters Club in Edmonton. Nancy loves singing and photography and plans to take lessons in both as soon as she gets some free time.
Nancy has six fish whom she loves dearly and with whom she visits every day - Shamus, Orlando, Fox, Kiefer, Atticu and George (who is very curious and unfortunately only has one eye) are all very happy fish!

Kathy Mourtos - House Staff
Kathy has been involved with Junior Achievement for six years as a volunteer and for three years as a Program Manager. She manages all of the high school programs in Peel Region and Simcoe County, which include Student Venture, Business Game and GLOBE. This is Kathy’s first year as house staff at CANJAC.
Previous to Junior Achievement, Kathy worked with Bank of Montreal for 10 years. Her banking career started in high school as a Teller and through various advancements and promotions she became an Investment Manager until she decided to make a career change and join Junior Achievement. Throughout her banking career, Kathy managed full time studies at the University of Toronto and volunteered as a writing mentor. Most recently, Kathy has been involved with the Ontario Track 3 Ski Association for the disabled. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys skiing, skating, volleyball and trains in Karate.
