Eric Clark - House Staff
Eric Clark has been involved with Junior Achievement of London and
District for eight years, his first four years were spent as an
Achiever. In his year as an Advisor, Eric has attended two
previous CANJAC conferences and four SUCCESS conferences. For the
last three years, Eric has sat on the committee that has organized
and run SUCCESS. Eric is also involved in the production and
presentation of special events for junior Achievement, such as the
Evening of Excellence and the Elgin Corporate Challenge.
Eric is self-employed, he owns the Sunoco franchise in St. Thomas,
Ontario, and has been contracted by Sunoco since 2000. In 1999,
Eric graduated from the University of Western Ontario with majors
in Philosophy and History, his focus was Asian religion.
Barb Jones - House Staff
Barb has been Manager of Senior High School Programs at JA of
British Columbia for just over four years. Student Venture and
Business Game are the two JA programs she is most directly
involved in. Last year a BC Business Game team came 4th in the
Hewlett Packard Global Business Challenge, the best Canadian
performance so far in that event. For the past two years a BC
Student Venture has been named Company of the Year for Canada.
Barb also coordinates JABC’s annual Awards & Recognition
Evening and the BC Business Game Challenge event. This year she is
participating on the national committee working on the updating of
JA’s Student Venture and Company programs.
An educator by training, Barb has over 15 years experience
coordinating education programs run by non-profit and government
agencies working closely with schools. She has developed outdoor
and environmental education programs for students, teachers and
community youth groups like Guides and Scouts.
Along with husband Jim, Barb enjoys the outdoors, and beachcombing
in particular. They spend a lot of time in the Queen Charlotte
Islands, where Jim is a shipwright and runs an autobody business.
Brad Skill - House Co-ordinator
Brad has been involved with Junior Achievement for the past 18
years. During this time Brad has volunteered with both JA London
& District and JA Windsor/Essex County programs. Currently
with Junior Achievement of Windsor/Essex County, Brad is a
volunteer staff person as well as a member of the Board of
Directors of Friends of Junior Achievement. This will be Brad's
12th CANJAC and his 7th as a House Co-ordinator. Brad is also
involved with the OJAC Conference as a Team Leader. In addition to
Junior Achievement, Brad is an active member of the Windsor
Sportsman's Club.
Brad is employed by the Ford Motor Company as a Consumer Driven
Six Sigma Black Belt. This position requires Brad to reduce
variation in processes at the Essex Engine Plant.
Married to Jill (who is also a JA Volunteer), Brad enjoys golf,
spending time with his wife, going to their cottage and of course
Junior Achievement. |
