In
1970, the Canadian National Junior Achievement Conference was created to
meet the need for a national achievers conference in Canada. Prior to
the creation of CANJAC, the closest achievers conference was held in the
United States, this was known at NAJAC.
Over
the years CANJAC has grown into an exciting international forum.
Achievers come from all corners of the world to reflect on and examine
the ever changing goals of business and society.
Each
year CANJAC is staffed by volunteers from Canadian charters nationwide.
Through their hard work and dedication, CANJAC has earned a successful
international reputation, each year drawing more and more international
participants. Junior Achievement of Canada is proud of what has been
accomplished with the help of CANJAC and they are pleased to see the
contributions it has made to Junior Achievement on a global scale.
Each
year CANJAC has proven itself to be a truly memorable experience, for
achievers as well as staff, and it is with great anticipation that we
continue to shape the path for future success!
